Golden Leprechaun is owned by Cliff DeBenedetto and Jason Martinez. We realized the need for this service when we had unwanted jewelry that we wanted to sell.  We took it to several local places and went online but we found out that all of the places had the same problem.  They were all buying it to resell it to refineries that melt it down and sell it to jewelers.  We started Golden Leprechaun in order to address this issue and offer people an alternative.  Our unique business model allows us to resell some of the jewelry that is in good condition and melt the rest of it that is non-usable in-house.  This cuts out the middle man and allows us to pay higher.  We still pay per weight as we try to resell the usable pieces. If they are not able to be sold, then they will be melted down.  Unlike our competitors, we proudly publish our prices in standard format.
